A trip of this length in so many sections involves a cast of thousands. On average I changed my set of friends about once every four weeks. (Anyone suggesting that this might be more to their benefit than mine can leave this site NOW !). This 'cast list is therefore likely to be incomplete. If I missed you, sorry.
